What is the return policy ?

If the product isnt open or used, it could be returned within 40 days.

We ship via Israel Post Express in cooperation with USPS.

Each shipment has a tracking number and  is insured. 

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

The subject of taxation varies from state to state, ordering a monthly amount is more recommended.

When will I receive my order?

The shipment should take between 15-25 business days 

What should i do if I didn't receive my order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We are located in Ramat Gan (Tel Aviv District) , Israel.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

For a monthly "Zoom" supply you will need the 60 capsules pack.
